Our shipping methods are reliable and our packaging is carefully chosen to protect your products. The shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

At MK Cozy Candles & Co., we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. Our shipping policy offers a range of options to suit your needs.

Standard shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days, but expedited options are available for an additional fee if you need your cozy candles sooner.
Order processing time 1-2 business days.
Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will not be shipped until Monday. MK Cozy Candles does not ship orders over the weekend in order to maintain the highest quality of our products.
Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy

At MK Cozy Candles & CO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your candles or melts, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. We are committed to making the return process as simple as possible for you.

In terms of our return policy, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted candles.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items and unaltered candles within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the items are in their original packaging.

They will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made on our part.
